Homeopathic Services At Private Health Sector- Dubai

To: All Homeopathic Services Centers - Private Sector -Dubai

First, Health Regulation Department would like to extend its gratitude and thankfulness for your continuous cooperation and pledge to all approved rules and regulations, which in turn enable us to achieve the desirable optimum level of health care standards in Dubai.

Based on the Federal Laws regulating Medical Practice in UAE and for the sake of patients safety and based care in practice, all facilities provide homeopathic services should adhere to the following principles:

1-  Dispensing medications derived from natural sources are totally prohibited unless getting Ministry of Health and Community Prevention approval and registration provided doing re-registration at the event of any components change.

2-  Medications to be dispensed solely in pharmacies and not, under any circumstances, to be sold inside the facility.

3-  Selling only medications that registered and approved by Ministry of Health. And not to handle any other types of medications otherwise.

You are all hereby expected to adhere and work according to the above circular instructions in order to avoid penalties that may be imposed resulting in breaching these codes.
